Common questions

How do I get an account?

Accounts are created by an administrator at your management company — there is no public sign-up. If you work for a management company and need access, ask whoever runs Prompt Realty there. If you are a resident, contact your property manager.

I forgot my password.

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset code. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact your administrator — the address on your account may be out of date.

I can see fewer sections than a colleague.

That is deliberate. What each person sees is set by their role, and your management company decides those roles. If you need access to something you cannot reach, ask your administrator rather than us — we cannot change another company’s permissions.

The app cannot connect to the server.

Prompt Realty needs a network connection to load your work; it does not run offline. Check your signal or Wi-Fi and try again. If it persists on a good connection, email us with your account email and roughly when it started.

The camera or photo library will not open.

We ask for camera and photo permission the first time you add a photo to a job. If you declined, turn it back on in your device settings, under the Prompt Realty entry. The rest of the app works without it.

I am not getting notifications.

Check that notifications are allowed for Prompt Realty in your device settings, and that you are signed in on that device. Notifications go to the devices you have signed in on, so signing out stops them.

How do I delete my account?

Email akash.jain@technovistainc.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30. What we delete and what the managing company must keep as a business record is set out in the privacy notice.
